II. Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger
1. All tube sheet machining adopts CNC equipment with precision up to 0.001mm.
2. Introduced Mitsubishi Japan’s processing technology and workflow.
3. Adopted large-diameter seamless steel tubes with thickness deviation less than 5% (≤0.5%), both exceeding national standards.
4. Advanced and reliable welding & tube expansion technology effectively prevents tube sheet and tube expansion deformation after welding (most peers use increased tube sheet thickness).
5. 80% of welding processes are ensured by tooling fixtures.

IV. Water-cooled Unit Assembly

1. In accordance with Mitsubishi technical requirements, all parts are acid-pickled, phosphated and cleaned with special detergent before assembly.
2. All welding joints adopt nitrogen-filled protection; electric welding uses full-penetration TIG welding. Gas welding uses inserted full-penetration structure; all joints pass relevant process tests and evaluations.
3. All critical connections use fixed torque control.
4. Microcomputer-based precise refrigerant charging (accuracy<0.1kg).

5. Units undergo factory testing under standard operating conditions.
