Since 2002, Kuenling Air Conditioning has obtained Class D1 and D2 pressure vessel design licenses, Class D1 and D2 pressure vessel manufacturing licenses, and GL manufacturing license.
We currently have more than 60 professional and technical personnel, including design engineers, personnel with professional engineering technical qualifications, national assessors, and personnel qualified for pressure vessel design approval; intermediate and senior non-destructive testing personnel, intermediate and senior physical and chemical testing personnel, pressure vessel welders, with over 200 certified items in various categories.
The company is equipped with a complete set of NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) equipment, covering RT, UT, MT, PT and other testing methods, as well as a full set of physical and chemical testing equipment, enabling independent testing of mechanical properties of metal materials.
The quality assurance system team, led by a quality assurance engineer with national pressure vessel professional assessor qualification, has extensive experience in pressure vessel manufacturing, inspection and testing, working together to ensure the sustainable development of Kuenling Air Conditioning.
Kuenling Air Conditioning holds pressure vessel design license, pressure vessel manufacturing license, radiation license, measurement assurance confirmation certificate, ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System, ISO14001:2004 Environmental Management System, national assessor certificate, pressure vessel design approval certificate, intermediate and senior non-destructive testing certificate, and intermediate physical and chemical testing certificate.
In product development and design, we strictly comply with the provisions and requirements of TSG R0004-2009 *Supervision Regulation on Safety Technology for Stationary Pressure Vessels*, GB150-2011 *Pressure Vessels*, GB151-2014 *Heat Exchangers*, NB/T47012-2010 *Pressure Vessels for Refrigeration Units*, and HG20580~20585-2011 *Steel Chemical Vessels*. We also closely monitor the issuance and implementation of new standards to ensure that product designs adopt the latest valid national standards and specifications.
The design, materials, manufacturing and installation of the company's pressure vessel products fully comply with relevant national standards and regulations, undergo supervision and inspection by special equipment inspection agencies, and we can provide customers with corresponding technical documents and data.
Since starting the design and manufacturing of pressure vessels, Kuenling Air Conditioning has produced tens of thousands of condensers, evaporators, oil separators and gas-liquid separators without any major quality issues, building a good reputation among customers.
