The outer panels of the cabinet are made of high-quality color steel plates, while the inner panels adopt galvanized steel plates. The middle layer is high-pressure polyurethane foam. Combined with patented tenon-and-groove sealing structure, the unit features high strength, excellent sound insulation and heat preservation, low air leakage rate, easy cleaning and elegant appearance.

Coils are designed with different circuits according to cooling capacity requirements to minimize air and water resistance while meeting cooling demands. High-quality hydrophilic aluminum fins are tightly combined with copper tubes via hydraulic tube expansion for permanent deformation. Optional functions such as heating (hot water coil or electric heater) and humidification (dry steam humidifier, wet film humidifier) can be added as requested.

All fans are selected by professional software. On the premise of meeting required air volume and air pressure, fans working at optimal operating points and premium low-noise motors are applied to ensure ultra-quiet operation.

Low-resistance nylon filter is installed at the air inlet to effectively reduce power consumption. It is easy to take out and clean. Plate filters are also available as an option.
